for minilogin for linux not going to happen it's configed setup under the files hope this helps ya out your not using winblows not a click and go system.
didn't understand the repack doesn't explain anything there is help under linux that would help you out
13a. (Public - If using minilogin skip to 13b.)
Open Loginserver.ini with a text editor. Fill in the following values:
loginserver=eqemulator.net
loginport=5994
worldname= Any name you wish, provided it is 10 characters or more, does not end in 'server', is non offensive, and isn't same as one that already exists.
worldaddress= Your internet IP/hostname
locked=false
Save the file and close it.
14a. Open emuStart with a text editor. Fill in these values:
WORLD= The local IP of your world server
ZONE= Your internet IP/hostname
Save the file and close it.
15a. You are now done with configuration for Public login. Please skip to the running the server section.
13b. (Minilogin)
Open Loginserver.ini with a text editor. Fill in the following values:
loginserver= The local IP of your minilogin server
loginport=5999
worldname= Any name you wish, provided it is 10 characters or more and does not end in 'server'
worldaddress= The local IP of your world server
