New players get no items

I did a test creation and the following error was returned when the character was created:

[error] StoreCharacter inventory failed. Query '(null)' #1264: Out of range vlue adjusted for column 'color' at row 1

For each of the inventory items.

I am also getting a null error when new accounts are created, (I have to manually add them for people to be able to connect)...so maybe they are related.

Also, as an aside, Dibalamin who were you on Emarr? This server is actually an Erollisi Marr reunion server a couple of old players are setting up for fun.
