Level 54 Cleric Bot will still not cast anything but Celestial Healing.
Druid and Shaman Bot do not heal me at all.
Wiz Familar's still doing massive damage

(not parsed) Haste does not seem to be affecting my melee types. My Beastlord seems to be attacking very slowly.

Bots are much whimpier now. I think this may be as designed as they were probably doing too much damage in their former iteration. They now seem to be playing more by the rules that govern PC damage, Mitigation, Avoidance etc. It takes quite a bit longer to kill things (single group) and my bots seem(again not parsed) to be taking more damage.

Mage spells are wacky.. but I'm going to start a new post on that.

The issue with the bot's familiar is still in existence in REV 1008. I will add this is not limited to the Wizard, I have confirmed it also happens with the Enchater pet, Wizard familiar, Necro pet, SK pet. I am going to guess it happens with all bot pets. Below is the post from my server forums:

There is something very wrong with the wizard bot. I was in Rathe Mountains hunting hill giants. I sent my wizard bot to attack a hill giant ( lvl 31 bot) when the hill giant came into melee range of the wizard, his familiar decimated the hill giant in a second or less. It it seems his attack speed is through the roof and the familiar hits for numbers in the 70s and 90s with no gear given.

EDIT: Failed to mention there was no XP or loot gained from the kill.
