Positive. AFAIK I'm running a current code edition. I'm playing on the Irreverent Server. 1 hr 12 min re-use on leech touch, improved harmtouch and harmtouch. The only thing I can think of is that I bought those 2 lvls of Touch of the Wicked before buying improved HT or Leech Touch. If its working for others, maybe I'll buy the 3rd level and hopefully it will all kick in. I didn't notice it not working because the regular HT doesn't tell you how long it will be until it's useable again and I never timed it.
