Bugs that affect the PEQ database can be reported here at the PEQ forums, specifically the "Database Bugs" forum.

If you actually do the work and put some SQL together to correct the issue, you can post it in the MySQL Submissions Forum.

Cavedude (the primary person in charge of the PEQ database) checks these forums, but they aren't a priority for him.

Now that that's all out of the way: Nice work =) Looks like you spent a lot of time on getting these into order.

Thank you, it it did take a bit of time to locate everything and change it all around, I also logged every step of the way so I could share the results with everyone when I completed it. Feels good to finally be able to give something back.
