Been playing since 1999 too and there were only ever 3 of them.

I remember because I called the back one (near permafrost zoneline) the "booby camp" because you only had one giant while the person up front had two.

lol It use to drive me crazy also, when the 2 front camps were camped by one guy lol. anyway here is a list about IG and almost every year in the post someone says something about 3 spawns, I wont quote ever instance of it since most of us know there was only 3. so read here OP and see,
