Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Have you tried that same account on other servers, or is this only on 1 server? If the problem only happens on 1 server, you will probably need to have the server admin(s) look into it.
