You can make iksar monks on most servers, but I assume you are playing on P1999, which is classic only and doesn't include Kunark for Iksars and such. I dunno about your resolution issues, but for the speed issue, you probably have a multi-core CPU problem. Check the FAQ in my sig about Dual Core CPUs and see if that helps ya out.

Okay, I fixed the throttling problem.

Now I just have the issue with my game not going to fullscreen. Windowed mode kills me ;-;

EDIT: It says ResetDevice() failed!
