The SoD download from Steam contained all previous expansions and the base game so you should be able to zone to where ever you want to. That is assuming you are a Admin/GM of the server that you are playing on. If you are on someone elses server you may want to talk with a Admin/GM about which expansions and zones are available on that server.
If you run your own server just use the #zone shortname and you can go any where you want. Drakkin should be available if SoF is enabled but given what you said it probably isn't. Expansion configuration can be done in the variables table. Use this list to help determine how you want it set:
