Couple LDoN Questions

My server is currently running EqEmu1316bots / PEQ 1265 with decent stability.

I've noticed not all LDoN npcs are working. Butcherblock camp is up and running. Ecommons camp isn't (although I could edit the npcs and make them do stuff).

North Ro NPCs are just missing. Is it something to do with new zone / old zone?

Also was wondering how you go about editing a player's ldon points in the DB.
