Regarding the tsahosting.net login server, we have been having trouble trying to find the exact cause of the problem so additional logging has been added to the login server. Please try again and continue to report any issues. Thank you.

It's not fixed yet. But sometimes it appears to start working again for a while for some people. If you run into the problem again, please post the information so we can diagnose it. Thanks.

I cannot log on to my account named shea8513. When I get to server select, I hit 'play everquest' and it says 'An unknown error occured while trying to join the server'. Other accounts load just fine.

I am using the SoD client and my eqhost.txt file is correct. I can log into the account with Titanium client just fine. I've also tried to log into this account on a fresh install of SoD (with eqhost.txt changed of course) and it gives me same error. I've rebooted PC and tried these same steps on other PC's, with the same results.

My conclusion is that it has something to do with the SoD login server. What can I do to fix this?

When you refer to the SoD login server, I assume you mean tsahosting.net:5999. It appears you are not using tsahosting.net:5998 for Titanium logins. It would help us more if you did as that will help us diagnoze the issues better. We know there is an intermittent issue with the version of the login server code that is running on tsahosting.net and we are actively working to resolve the issue. Also, what time did you have the problems logging in using SoD and did it ever succeed using SoD on that account? Thanks.
