I would seriously rather see work put into raids working better IMO.

Raids lose their leader all the time so have to be reformed.

Can't cast lots of various spells on people who are in a raid like Shrinks, CoH, Spirit of Jaguar(I think), etc.

Raid leadership abilities are borked and randomly work and don't work.

Raid shared XP sharing doesn't work reliably where some groups get XP and others don't.

On live you couldn't cast group only spells like shrink on non-grouped raid members either, so those spells may be working as intended.

You can't cast them on group members once in a raid. But yes, basically, any group only spells don't work on others in your group once your group is in a raid. But I'm pretty sure there were more than just group only spells that no longer worked, but group only spells for sure have a problem once you're in a raid.
