Ok - just to confirm what i have is the titanium version can anyone confirm these expansions are included

Yes, those expansions are included.

Assuming your starteq.bat has the command to run eqgame.exe patchme, the most likely reason for it closing like that, if you have it as a shortcut on your desktop, is that you haven't set the 'Start In:' parameter in the shortcut to point to the directory where your eqgame.exe is.
