Have you tried creating another character on that same account and seeing if that one works? Also, on the char that has the problem, do they have any AAs? If they do have AAs, you may be having the same trouble I have seen on a few characters on my server and haven't figured out the cause for yet. I made a post about the AA issue here:

Well, I sort of solved the problem in a roundabout way. I created a new EQemulator login account and was able to log right into Akka's server with Underfoot. So apparently when I crashed, something about my original login account got corrupted and was preventing me from logging in to that server.
