Is there a reason you deleted your items table? If I was you I'd source it back in and use Georges tool to copy and modify the items you want. That's really the easiest way I've found.

My reason was I wanted to start from scratch; most if not all of the items I will be using in the game will need to be custom-created for the experience I'd like, but if there is no way around it I probably will source it back in.
