All I can say is make sure you're loading Minilogin, World, and Zone in the correct order. First run Minilogin, make sure it's ready with no error messages. Then run world, and wait for it to finish loading. Finally run your boot5zones bat file.

Could you post the contents of your boot5zones file?

Also, is Zone.exe crashing when you try to connect or when you run Boot5zones?
