hmm i dl the last repack seen 2012 in jan. i ahve PEQ databse too

but i can't still not actack npcs in the world, what can be wrong?

If you are using a repack and still can't get anything to work, you might just want to stick to only playing, and not hosting.

No offense to you, this isn't meant for everyone. There could be innumerable things causing you issues, and without more data we can't help you.
