Chat command no longer functions

I see chat and mail server on same port I say that be conflict right there.

I changed the ports, still no joy.
If the chat server was not connected, I shouldnt be able to /auc or /shout or /tell, right?

I can do those things, but when I do an /ooc I end up with an explicit error message that only occurs in (TESTED) HoT, UF ,RoF but OOC works fine with TITANIUM clients, so to me at least, it doesnt seem like a port error.

The message is pretty explicit

This chat command no longer functions on this server.

Any thoughts?
