Update: Before anyone uses this and breaks their server -- I revamped the stats for each race significantly, giving each race 595 points split between the base stats and +25 allocated upgrade points.
Humans are 85 across the board, dwarves now start with 130+ str and 130+ stamina,

ogres get a 150 str base and 150 base stamina,

gnomes start with 140+ dex

Lots of little changes, we'll see how it works out.
