Whisper.pl and client_messages.pl BOTH have ... sub Whisper


Not sure if that will cause any problems but something to note.

Just pushed a major update of all plugins since they will all be referenced in the new Wiki they need to be in decent order.

I removed duplicate functions, as well as functions that are now replaced with source based functions.

Everything will be re-organized in the new Wiki that should start showing face here within the next few weeks.
