You can use the PEQ editor on the EoC or use the awesome EoC tools that Akkadius and Trevius have provided. It is fairly easy to use.

Click here follow the steps on how to make a user for the EoC... then you are good to go.

K I have gotten myself set up, now the question (final one I hope) is when i go to log in what is the IP:Port needed to log in? That my IP address for this computer yes?

It would be your IP, if your IP were 123.456.789.012 it would come out to this: 123.456.789.012:3306
