Port forwarding seems to be set correctly, and my IP is static. Not sure what the issue is. I had the server hosted professionally for so long that I'm running into all kinds of difficulties getting it thrown up on my PC while we get another pro hosting setup up and running. Still looking into it, but everything seems to be configured properly.
