Lowering the xp rate I believe. Someone is already level 40. Unless it is an exploit I overlooked which no one told me about. If it's a case of an exploit, petition it so I can fix it or else I'm slashing xp rates.

i played for like a week and wasonly level 54 or something, so i would imagine its a exploit personally
