Well, EOC does have an editor of people miss it so dearly and it has a lot of the mass editing functions his had.

I really liked 2 things about George's Tool that EOC doesn't seem to fulfill (generally I would rather use EOC I like web based version).

I like the loottable and lootdrop editor and i like the way you can filter down to sets of mobs then apply mass field updates. To me, those 2 features were the most useful. I would use it to quickly change values for named and trash using the filter NAME LIKE # and NAME NOT LIKE #
