This emu is far into development, yet far from being complete. I believe they are doing mob AI in the next release. If you follow the readme EXACTLY as it says, you will get a fully spawned server. The leveling is ALOT faster than EQ, they twinked the exp. I bet, if you know coding, you could change the exp like EQLive. The readme link is on the main emu page (
www.eqemu.net). If I was you, I would wait until 4.1 is released before setting up a server. Quests are not including, you have to make them yourself, to know how, just do a forum search for quests. Its not to hard to run a server, as long as you read the readme, have fun!
