Eaxctly ghanja, that is the same way I think of "progression" in EQ, but with all the custom options available, it's more than
doable to create a completely non-progressive server. Some might enjoy it, others might find it boring.

I was probably a little vague, i was thinking more of a custom progression that is similiar to flagging, so a non progression would just be a set of tiers that are unlocked, i gather?
