I always tell people to use this format for their login.ini:

Code:

local_network = xx.xx.xx.

..rather than:

Code:

local_network = xx.xx.xx.xx

..or:

Code:

local_network = xx.xx.xx

Not sure what is the absolute correct method..but, that goes back to one of Huppy's install guides.
