need help

ok tried vm ware workstation and few differnt operating systems and still same thing....after running eqemuinstaller as admin....it still says no internet yet i am here posting from same machine..... not sure what is going on. could my speed be too slow for it ......or is there a way i could manually download what ever is needed to run a server on my local network?

I've seen this issue once before, Satellite providers will block ICMP (ping) outbound so the installer fails. If you can change your settings at all to allow outbound ICMP at your internet connection otherwise I can look at making a tweak to fix the issue for you, let me know

went into my firewall changed ICMPv4 to allow but still a no go..... i hate satallite. So if you would not mind trying your tweak i am game and thank you again

It probably only allows ICMP inbound to your CPE, not outbound. If I can get some time I will run through a windows install tonight here

thank you again not sure why satellite block it. been driving me crazy
