There's countless features and considerations needed. Shared tasks is one of the bigger ones.
PEQ-Expansions is another for better TLP-like servers
https://github.com/eqemu/server/issues shows some others. Fellowships, heroic adventures are two i'd love to see.

countless other line items, but eqemu is in the best shape it's ever been.
