i will do that tomorrow, ( i havent really used EOC just figured it could help with my issues) ?

any idea on why turning in DF belts would grant me 4 faction modifiers i have never heard of? and is this something i could fix with spire?

i wish this wasnt developed so long ago so the info today could be better organized..

sorry to post twice back to back , i did get the tool installed and it is working (hosted from you) I see it don't allow remote connections and my server is not local to me and I figured it would be easier.

I think I already know the next answer to my question and that is if there is a way to Delete the current quest in Game? if not my plan will be to ( delete captian Harzen , remake an exact npc ( or simply change his NPC ID depending on how the "factory quest" works) in his place and then making the quest/task with my newly created NPC , my only concern is that i don't know if the client is looking for a npc name when i turn i the belts or a npcid ,i would assume an ID but i cant really be sure ,
