I know this is pretty old now anyway, just wanted to say I think it's pretty sad this kind of authoritarian style censorship even came to EQ Private servers, which being based originally from an earlier time you'd think would have been insulated somewhat from the cancer of modern political speech censorship, hatespeech crap, etc. It's just something you can't seem to escape online anymore. All in the name of self-righteously protecting people, somehow, by crushing others who dare to express themselves in a way the elect decided is no longer allowed, based on their own arbitrary judgement (which was entirely manufactured - in the 90s literally no one gave a shit about this).

Acting like a petty tyrant and imposing your will over others for using one word or another, is always going to be an inherently more hateful act than using any phrase to me, especially if it involves ramifications like losing an account you invested considerable time into. IMO the entire thing is just an excuse for power tripping hypocrites to control other people and virtue signal about what good people they are (while behaving the opposite, ie. zero respect for peoples personal freedoms, differences of opinion, open public discourse), nothing more.
