Rename that file to minuser1.ini or something because you dont need it i dont think. because im sure that the database uses all the password and usernames. its always been like that in the past

Do what he said rename that to like minilogin2.ini because that may be your problem if that still dosnt work then check your database. in the account or user part i cant remember its been a while. and it should have eqemu / eqemu as the default user/pass and if that still dont work. rename minilogin1.ini back to minilogin.ini and check to make sure its set up right like said to in the
