Then that may be your problem. Add an account, either through admin tools (on the account tabs click 'add record', then change name and password to whatever you want an 'commit changes') or through MySQL.exe (open it, type 'use eq;', then 'INSERT INTO account;' then 'SET name='eqemu', password='eqemu', status=200;'). Using either of those methods should add you an account. Then make sure you miniloginaccounts.ini (mentioned in the readme on the main site) has something like:
localhost eqemu eqemu
After that it should let you log in. If not you can also trying flagging the account (in the eqemu directory at a command prompt type 'world.exe flag eqemu 200'). All that's described in the readme or at
