This is what I am getting when I run world.exe had to use command to keep it up.

C:\EqEmu>world.exe
Using database 'eq' at 127.0.0.1
[Status] CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.4.4-DR1
[Error] CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.4.4-DR1
Loading Variables, zone names & items...

Error: Could not load item data
