This should be in the win32 support forum. And don't use misleading or vague subjects for you messages, less people ill help you even if they do read it.
"I did everything possible" tells us nothing about what you actually did or didn't do.
Make a new post in win32 support, and list the steps you did, and what files you used. Also post your config files, then someone will be able to help you.
A GUESS is that you missed a step or mixed and matched files meant for different versions.
