don't want to shift the fault but...
Isn't the zone crashing "as designed"? I mean I can't even scratch my butt on the EQ server before I get a crash. I stand there and do nothing and it crashes.
As for when I go from zone to zone, I can forget about a smooth transition. Verant put in the crash to desktop to keep you from trying to log back in from the server list and find out that your char was LD but active.
It's faster to completely crash to the desktop and then try to get back in.
No offense to Verant but I think their client has one big major hurky mega BUG.
I am not trying to be silly in the post -- I really believe that the Verant client can't handle SoL. Isn't that what Shawn's post is showing?
