Ok, i have this problem only on Gotfrags and CyberJunky. I can play on EROS or the other server. :(
I have the french version of EQ with SoV and Rok installed.
Texture quality is Hight.
I have the default model of EQ.
I have this problem with new and Old Char.
My connection is a simple 56k Modem.
I've installed Windows XP family on my AMD Athlon 1.2Ghz.
