Trust me when I say, it's all in the name of stability and features. In the last 3 days, I've added well over 150 grids for npc movement! Now when you zone into rivervale, nillipus runs around the town back and forth like a little idiot... misty thicket is full of newbie bats and skeletons randomly wandering around..
I'm now working on some dungeon areas (sure has been a lot more teadious since 0.4.4 broke).
Tomorrow morning when I leave for classes, around 7ish (PST) I'll unlock the server and let everyone play all day to test some new things out. In short... if I were to leave the server unlocked while constantly restarting it, how much fun would you have going LD every 27.5 seconds?
