I need help decrypting packets

I'm trying to decrypt some packets I got from eqoa and some of the packets are encrpyted and some are not I wanted to know where can I go to get information on how to decrypt the packets?

Odd thing is when i looked at my packets i could see my login name you would think that would be encrypted with the password.
