loginserver.ini is only needed if you run your own server. If not, the only important file is eqhost.txt.
if login1 is up, replace login3 by login1, if login1 isn't up, put login3 instead of login1, but only if shawn said he started login3 because login1 is not login1 anymore. Tho, i m not sure of that, someone else than shawn could start login3, in that case, you can do to your login1 what you would have done if it was with shawn :twisted:
