Dump your old database and start over

in mysql do it like this (if you did it any other way this could be the problem)

mysql> use eq
will say database changed
mysql> source db.sql

will run through it all yada yada...

then try and log on

after you log on (and an account is created in the Database)

then jump out and try to flag the accout

sounds to me like an error when you setup the db...
