Zone server's gahh lol

Ok i can host my server just fine i am running about 7 zone servers atm but i can not login everyone eals can but i can't not on my own zone servers like

Code:

start zone arena 66.190.46.178 7999 192.168.0.10

But.... If i host a zone like this

Code:

start zone . 127.0.0.1 7997 127.0.0.1

i can get into it and was Jw why this is and how i could fix it so i could actully play a char on my own server
