Patching to most ideal version?

I'm just curious if there's a patcher in the works or a patcher that's already been made that will set the files to the most ideal version of eq for the current eqemu version?

Also I noticed that the links in the post about the rules seem broken. I clicked them with scripting on as well incase it required scripting, getting the same result. So, if this question was answered already I do apologize for asking it seeing how I was unable to obtain it.

You have to patch to live.. Sorry, but there's no way to get previous versions without having a backup....

there is such thing as an......... EQ FIX...... I suggest just searching on google... thats all im gonna say about that. Don't wanna get banned, just mentioning it as a possibility for those who are desperit....
