Unable to Play /sigh

Hi,
I just signed up for eqemu. I followed the instructions very carefully. Anyways, at the char select screen, when i hit enter world, it goes to the usual screen that says EVERQUEST then I get kicked back to server select or log in screen. I'm currently using WIN98,only 368ram( works fine on live),turned off my firewall. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
