Make sure you have a large enough power supply, like 350 400...
Check your BIOS, you may need to enable your PC to accept an AGP card, disable your PCI slot or select AGP as your preference. And possibly disable an onboard card.
Check your AGP slot for any defects.
Switch to or from 4x and 8x settings in you BIOS.
Just roam your BIOS otherwise and make sure everything is kosher there, if that doesn't work, try checking your manufacturers sites or go to search.com or google.com and search with both product names, you will likely find someone else having the same problems.
If I had to lay odds though, I'de say you need to enable AGP settings in your BIOS or upgrade your power supply.
