Just add the line at the top or at the end.

It should be WindowedMode=TRUE or WindowedMode=FALSE, I think.

The resolution etc is in the [VideoMode] section:

[VideoMode]
BitsPerPixel=32
Width=1152
Height=864
RefreshRate=75

Just replace with what you want.
