Notwithstanding the issue with people creating new accounts over the last couple of days, if you are trying to login to 5.9/6.0 servers, your eqhost.txt should be:

[LoginServer]
Host=newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994

You can download a working one from here:

Use Right-Click/Save As and overwrite your eqhost.txt rather than copying/pasting it to avoid extraneous spaces.
