Account Recovery

I am looking to recover my warrior after leaving the scene for a few years.

I was looking forward to Velious on P99, but I forgot my login information. I just need the account name that shares the same IP as my others, and I can take it from there. I sent in a message under "Contact Us" but so far no reply. He's fully geared up with over 100k on him. :(
