First off, who are you? You said your account is banned, but neither g0at or g0atx is banned, so you start to lose credibility from your second sentence.

I am making this post because my account has been banned simply for replying to this thread giving my point of view, but because we obviously live in communist russia I must have mad the wrong mistake.

Russia isnt a communist country, the USSR was, but has since disolved. Your wrong about a lot of other things as well.

While I understand that it is not my right to voice my oppinion here but as human being I think we can all decide on what is rational and what is not.

Your post isnt rational, your basing your entire post on something that was very one sided, devn00b never said his side of the story, yet to you, he is guilty when accused. Devn00b has done a lot for this project, what have you done? He didnt abuse any power, the way he explained it to me, he told the guy 3 times that he wasnt going to be reimbursed before the guy was banned. He banned the person from his server, like anyone running a server has the RIGHT to do at any time. Grow up, its not like this is life threatening, its an internet project, there is no need to get so upset, especially when you dont know all the information.

This is the last flame about guildwars that is going to be tolerated on the main forums, if you have a problem with guildwars go to their forums and post. There is no reason to post it here when it doesnt concern the eqemu community as a whole.

i love it when people dont get their way and try to act like they have a "life" off of the internet and try to insult/school those who post on the internet just to make themselves look smarter.

The devs here do this because they love what they do. It is a hobby for them, just like some people have other hobbies this is theirs. Some have jobs outside of the internet (gasp really? nah!) so both of this takes alot of their time and money as well...and it is FREE to us. If you simply followed the rules on GW this wouldnt be a problem.

Plus this is a private GLOBAL internet forum, you have only the rights the devs/admins give you, the laws of the United States dont apply here (although the majority of the poeople who post here are American) but since it is shared by the global community and owned by a private user, we must followe their rules or get out, simple as that.

Ok first of all, I'm not taking it out on the community. Did I even insult anyone else? No didn't think so. About me getting picked on in RL and I take it out on nice people on the forum.. as I said before I'm only mad at Dev" no one else. Before he banned me I was fine, I had no problems with anyone. So no I don't get picked on it rl, theres no sign of that.

You are taking it out on the community, this is a GW issue not an EMU issue, another way you are harming the community is by breaking the rules you agreed to when you sighned up for an account..

2) No flaming (Do not beat on others for their errors or lack of intillegence on the subject, try to deal with it maturely)

You are flaming the crap outa our forums

4) Use forums properly, meaning, do NOT put a post for help in the main forum, use the win32 support or linux support forums! (That means no support questions in the public dev forum!)

This is a GW issue take it to there forum.

5) Do not spam our boards (Do not post 15 posts with one word one after another) and please dont "bump" (posting a reply with one word

post after post that dosnt deal with the EMU

6) Do not use our boards to accuse someone or a group of people for any damage that has been caused on you.

7) Do not use our boards for personal vengence.
