Default Item Model Viewer Programs....

Hey guys. I remember a long while back on a Non-Legit server I played on, we could make our own items. With the program, you could choose a model number (IT0504, etc.) and it would show what it would look like in game.

Well, I tried making my own items through EQ Admin. The stats would come but there would be no image shown when you put on the item. When I discovered Item Editor v 1.7, it was awesome because it fixed it...but I can only hope to find an item with the look/partical effect for the item I want to create.

What my question is, is there a program that can help me create an item while letting me view what image I am giving it in-game? The other one a while back was buggy a little bit (if you made a sword, it would be a door or something like that) and is most likely out of date by now.

Thanks a lot in advanced =) I am still getting used to the server running business hehe.

Go here you'll find Kaiyodo's Item Viewer there along with a few other of his programs. He disappeared back in the 4.x era so the only ones in there that'll work with current are the Model Viewer and Maxscript Export. You'll need to open the gequip*.s3d files to see the item models, everything before the "_" (underscore) is the name you'll want to use in item editor.
